How To Check If Your Property Is Legally Verified?

How do I get a certified copy of my Sale Deed Online?
Apply for a Certified Copy of Sale Deed :
You have to visit the Sub-Registrar office (SRO) where the property is registered and make an application to get a certified copy of Sale Deed.
The Registration office has the scanned copy of your Sale Deed with them.

Where do I find my property tax number?

Purchaser have a legal right to have original sale deed with him. Any way getcertified copy and keep it with you. Any one can get a certified copy of sale deedbut no conveyance is possible by certified copy. If one plays fraud with the documents, the punishment is very severe and up to life imprisonment.

What is the meaning of encumbrance certificate?
The encumbrance certificate is a mandatory document used in property transactions as an evidence of free title/ownership.
And encumbrance certificate (EC) ensures that there is a complete ownership of the property without any monetary or legal liability
